The Team

Our aim is to provide state of the art clinical care for our patients. Ophthalmic care is delivered as part of a multifaceted team. The work we carry out is featured in the following media articles

The team is comprised of Consultant ophthlamic surgeons: Mr Ken K Nischal, Mr Yassir Abou-Rayyah ,
Mr Ajai K Tyagi and Mr William Moore

The first point of contact are Deborah Rush and Julie Rendell, both of whom are experienced medical administrators with about forty years experience between them.

The remainder of the team comprises a Senior Vision Scientist, Dr Alki Liasis, who is responsible for electrodiagnostic evaluation of the visual pathway.

Mr Connan Tam, Miss Shabnam Khan, Ms Kate Smith and Ms Bronwen Walters who are Orthoptists responsible for both initial screening and evaluation of clinical visual performance eye movements and binocular vision.

We also have an optometrist, Miss Minakshi Jain; Mr Connan Tam is qualified both as an orthoptist and an optometrist

Miss Lynne Speedwell, to whom patients in need of contact lens evaluation are referred. She specialises in Paediatric Optometry and in Contact Lenses.
